**Overview**:We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the team of one of our biggest games. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will extract and analyze data to answer product and business questions, working closely with the Product Owner and other members of the team.**Responsibility and Duties**:- Collaborate with the team to identify key metrics and data requirements.- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behavior.- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns.- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.- Proactively identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis.**Experience / **Skills**:- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.**Good to Have**:- Familiarity with statistical techniques and hypothesis testing.- Prior gaming or mobile app analytics experience is a plus.- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).**Education**:Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.**Some Benefits**:- Dental and Health plan (Bradesco)- No co-pay- VR / VA above market pay- TotalPass- Variable pay can happen according to the company results- Flexible time- Day off on your Birthday- + Other benefits, included on our Total annual comp package.Flexible time, horizontal structure, great benefits & total reward package, and fun culture :)
