Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect


(MS Dynamics CRM, C#, Azure, Power Pages, React.JS, Power Portal, Power Apps, HTML,CSS, Integration specialist (.Net, C#))


  • Senior experience in implementing Microsoft CRM applications, must have experience of end to end CRM implementations.
  • Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM modules and lead a project team
  • Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM
  • Hands-on experience working with D365 Customer Service module
  • Extensive knowledge in architecting, designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and Flow etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience with D365 CRM integrations (.net/c#/etc.)
  • Must have hands-on experience on Power Platform – power portal, power pages, power apps, power automate
  • Experience working with Azure services
  • Strong experience in data migration/integration using – SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
  • Hands-on experience with web development technologies such as ReactJS, HTML will be preferred
  • Experience of functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server, SSIS or SSRS
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in interfacing with stakeholders at all levels
