Full Automation Engineer

Profissional com experiência em planejar, especificar e executar projetos de automação (arquitetura e soluções integradas) e instalações elétricas

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Especificar e Projetar sistemas automatizados de controle de equipamentos
  • Programar/Configurar e testar o funcionamento dos sistemas em bancadas e em campo
  • Fazer diagnóstico, alteração e melhoria em software aplicativo de Controladores Lógicos Programáveis, preferencialmente, Siemens e Rockwell, utilizando linguagem de programação ladder, blocos, Grafcet, etc
  • Especificar, projetar, implementar e modificar objetos em software aplicativo de supervisão e controle
  • Especificar, projetar e configurar redes industriais (Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus DP/PA, Modbus, ASi, Profinet, IO-Link, etc. ), incluindo startup;
  • Elaborar documentação técnica pertinente
  • Seguir princípios de qualidade total
  • Realizar treinamentos técnicos

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Formação superior em Engenharia de Automação Industrial, Mecatrônica, Elétrica ou Eletrônica
  • Experiência em projetos de sistemas de automação industrial, sendo um diferencial para conhecimento em processos de bebidas e alimentos
  • Formação multidisciplinar para atuar em empresas mecânicas tradicionais quanto às ligadas somente à automação industrial
  • Conhecimento em linguagens de programação
  • Inglês avançado
  • Capacidade em programação de Controladores Lógicos Programáveis Rockwell e Siemens
  • Conhecimento na norma de simbologia ISA
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de batelada
  • Conhecimento comprovado em redes industriais e configurações de servidores físicos/virtuais
  • Conhecimento em banco de dados é um diferencial
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes
  • Boa comunicação
  • Apto a trabalhar em equipe
  • Automotivado
