Overview Head of Professional Services – LATAM (FCC Portfolio) role at RELX. Lead the Professional Services team in LATAM for the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) portfolio. Requires a strong technical foundation to support complex client engagements across cloud and on-premise environments, and proven leadership to coach and develop a high-performing team of consultants. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Professional Services consultants across LATAM. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive performance management, career development, and skills enhancement initiatives. Oversee the successful delivery of FCC projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Act as a senior technical advisor in client discussions, particularly around cloud architecture, on-premise deployments, integrations, and scalability. Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development. Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards for Professional Services delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure alignment and client success. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain capacity planning forecasts to ensure resource availability and scalable growth across the LATAM region. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong technical background in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect). Experience working in a global matrix organization. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Willingness to travel across LATAM (up to 15%). Fluent in English and Spanish. Location / Work Model This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence once a week at our São Paulo office (Bela Cintra). #J-18808-Ljbffr
