The Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze diverse datasets and extract meaningful patterns and trends.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R
- Expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of databases, data mining and big data technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark ,Databricks).
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Industry certifications in relevant fields (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional - CAP, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).
Who You Are

- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required; English proficiency is a plus.
