**Your responsibilities**
As our **Foreign Trade Analyst **you are a part of Corbion LATAM team to be responsible for different activities. The location will be Campos and you report to Supply Chain Coordinator.
Your main responsibilities are:
Market Insights
- Take care of export and import processes: Finished Goods, Raw Materials and Spare Parts;
- Check all documents related to the processes;
- Manage the delivery of products and services at the right place and at the right time; with the right cost and quality to our internal and external customers;
- Update the ERP;
- Look for savings, developing new projects and proposing initiatives to reduce costs and to increase the service level;
- Source logistics providers such as Port Terminals, Bonded Warehouses, National and International Carriers;
- KPI's Management;
- Logistics costs control (taxes, fees, freight, demurrage, detention, etc.);
- Monitor and control cargo movement according the Incoterm;
- Check and validate invoices;
- Issue and control orders for overseas freight;
- Elaborate reports for supporting decision making.
**Your profile**
- Degree in International Affairs, Foreign Trade or equivalent (Logistics, Administration);
- Fluent English;
- Experience in Foreign Trade;
- Advanced Working knowledge of Excel;
- Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, excellent communication skills and reliable team member;
- Teamwork;
- Working Hours 7:00am - 5:00pm - Monday to Friday.
