Se você é apaixonado(a) por vendas e deseja se destacar no setor comercial, este é o lugar certo para você Estamos em busca de um(a) Profissional de Sales Operations para se juntar à nossa equipe e ajudar a otimizar nossos processos e estratégias de vendas. Neste papel, você será responsável por apoiar nossa equipe de vendas na análise de tendências, aumentar a produtividade e o desempenho da equipe, além de implementar métodos eficazes para aprimorar nossas práticas de vendas e elevar os lucros do negócio. Se você tem habilidades nessa área e está pronto(a) para aprimorar nossas operações de vendas, queremos conhecê-lo(a)
Requisitos Formação em Administração, Negócios, Marketing ou área relacionada; Experiência em vendas B2B; Habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal eficazes; Conhecimento de principais métricas de vendas; Residir em São Paulo (disponibilidade para reuniões presenciais); Proficientes em MS Office (especialmente Excel).
Desejável Conhecimento de CRM, preferencialmente RD Station; Excelentes habilidades de análise de dados e relatórios; Experiência com Sales navigator; Capacidade de identificar gargalos do processo e encontrar soluções eficientes; Ter experiência em sales operations ou coordenador de metas de vendas.
