Your Day‑to‑Day Full‑cycle recruitment – manage the end‑to‑end hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation for technical and non‑technical roles. Talent strategy & sourcing – leverage automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate experience – ensure a seamless, high‑touch experience and enhance Bitfinex’s reputation in the global market. Innovative recruitment practices – explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency. Collaboration with hiring teams – work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑driven decision making – use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience covering technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience with sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of the latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments and a data‑driven mindset, using analytics to optimize hiring strategies. Preferred CET timezone availability or willingness to be flexible. Previous experience within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space (preferred).
