Overview of the role: The IT Recruiter position focuses on strategically analyzing existing pools of pre‑vetted candidates to successfully staff ongoing IT business opportunities. This role serves as a key link between Client Services/Sales and the broader Talent Acquisition team while managing the end‑to‑end vetting process from the client side, ensuring both time‑to‑market and revenue optimization are achieved through analytical, adaptable, and discerning approaches. Key responsibilities Handling and filling openings successfully, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines. Reviewing and filtering candidates in pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines. Writing summaries and editing resumes to present candidates effectively. Managing communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams. Requirements IT Recruiting Experience: Background working with IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and capability to present candidates effectively. Language Skills: Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication abilities. Additional skills preferred Technical Background: Previous IT industry knowledge or technical background. Flexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.
