What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership that fosters a positive team environment focused on morale, passion, and quality
  • Lead and manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules
  • Perform daily inspections and assessments, coaching and counseling team members as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve facility, budget, and compliance goals
  • Recruit team members who reflect the organization's values and promote a positive work environment
What is Required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
  • Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Decision-making ability to make sound judgments quickly
How to Stand Out
  • Experience managing a team in a professional setting
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
