**About the role**:
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing a wide range of creatives (including static images and videos) for performance and branding campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and others. Your designs will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, driving engagement and conversions. Experience in entertainment and fintech apps is a significant plus, as it will enable you to create designs that resonate with our target audience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and design high-quality creatives (including static images and videos) for performance and branding campaigns across various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create designs that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Produce engaging and effective creatives for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creatives are cutting-edge and effective.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Utilize feedback from stakeholders to continuously refine and improve designs.
**Technical qualifications**:
- ** Design Software**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools. Efficiency with AI tools is a plus.
- ** Video Editing and Animation**: Strong skills in video editing and animation, particularly for creating engaging video ads.
- ** Creative Thinking**: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs are visually appealing and free of errors.
- ** Time Management**: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Background in fintech, with particular expertise in topics like investing, to create designs that resonate with our specific target audience.
