Visual Creative Lead Job Description We're seeking an experienced Visual Creative Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity of our new brand. This individual will be responsible for designing engaging and high-quality visual assets that drive social media performance, balance branding with native formats, and are culturally relevant. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing or social media, be proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and possess a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
