We’re looking for people who think big, act fearlessly, and create an inclusive environment that drives positive impact to join our team.**Responsibilities**:Responsible for handling the incident life cycle (Minor/Improvements/Low Priority issues);-Work with Operations and Software Developers teams on: availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring and emergency response.(Always be assisted by a Mid Level Support Analyst or ++)If Customer Success:Service and Delivery quality management;Follow up with all customers and internal teams (Product and Delivery);Delivery deadlines management;Services and delivery performance indicators management;Escalate the problems to the responsible areas in order to prioritize solutions understanding the customer’s needs.(Always be assisted by a Support Coordinator or ++.)**Requirements**:Degree (completed or finishing) in Computer Science (or similar field of study) or equivalent self-taught experience;Basic knowledge in Pacote Office;English speaker;Basic knowledge in Linux;Basic knowledge in MySQL;Support:Novice (Beginner experience) in: Linux, Network, Incident Management**Additional Requirements and Information**:- Minimum Education- Bachelors Degree- Years of Experience- 0-2 years- Travel- None- Citizenship- Brazilian Citizenship required- Clearance- None- Worker Classification- Employee
