Job Description

The Pre-Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting Samsung's consultant-focused strategy in Latin America, driving project specifications, and ensuring the successful adoption of Samsung HVAC solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle.

Key Job Responsabilities

  • Support the consultant-focused strategy and action plan, aiming to expand Samsung's project footprint in Latin America.
  • Promote Samsung HVAC engineering tools for consultants, delivering workshops, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage Samsung's Project Pipeline across all sales stages, working closely with subsidiaries to drive actions that accelerate deal closure.
  • Analyze the pipeline of opportunities to ensure a constant flow of new business prospects.
  • Oversee specifications and related technical literature/documentation, including manuals, technical guides, and reference materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC pre-sales, project specification, or technical sales support.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage consultants and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • Availability to travel within Latin America.
