Creative Production Lead We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Team Leader to spearhead our production team. As the creative lead, you'll be responsible for managing a talented team of designers who craft exceptional visual assets. You'll review daily work to ensure excellence, focusing on weak logos, photo crops, and layouts that hide the call-to-action. You'll coach and elevate your team's taste through detailed critiques, helping them refine their skills. You'll stay ahead of industry trends, studying what works and updating our standards to reflect current best practices. You'll handle tasks like logo refreshes and layout fixes when needed. The Impact: You'll improve the quality of 17,000+ small businesses' online presence, making a tangible difference in their growth and success. You'll lead a team creating websites, logos, and visual assets that drive conversions and results. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in visual design with a portfolio showcasing genuine taste and expertise. 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in design teams. Hands-on execution skills: creating and refining logos, fixing layouts, and improving visual hierarchy. Production experience: working in high-volume environments where efficiency matters. A quality obsession: rejecting work that's 'fine' because fine doesn't win.
