Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is lookingfor aPayments Senior Associateto join their Cross-Border team inLATAM.In this role, you will: - Lead a team of analysts inpayment reconciliation and operational excellence.-Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensuretimely and efficient project delivery .- Driveprocess improvementsto enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.- Collaborate withbanks, Fintechs, and internal teamsto resolve payment discrepancies.- Analyze data (SQL/Excel) toreduce costsandoptimize workflows.- Ensure compliance and efficiency incross-border payment systems.What we’re looking for:- 2-5 years of experienceinproject management (PMO)within thetechnology sector. - 3–5 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus).- Advanced Data Analysis Skills (Excel/SQL) and proficiency inproject management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)-Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a MUST. -Leadership mindsetwith ability to coach small teams.- Problem-solver who thrives indeadline-driven environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
