Job Title:Data Quality Analyst Purpose: The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for auditing and testing enterprise applications with a focus on backendETL (Extract, Transform & Load)processes and other software modules related to the creation ofdata warehouse reporting instruments , ensuring high-quality and reliable information. This role also involves creatingad-hoc queriesto extract information from reporting sources as requested by business areas. Key Responsibilities: Follow establishedquality assurance standards and processes . Determine and implementmethods, flows, and proceduresto improve QA and business processes. Create and documenttest scriptsto audit data integrity on an ongoing basis. Test newly developed applications by creatingtest scenariosand verifying compliance with business requirements. Analyze and resolveapplication and data issuesas they arise. Documentproduction processes and objectsfor better understanding across IT and business users. Handlead-hoc data warehouse queriesfor end users as needed. Education: Bachelor’s Degreein a technical field, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related business discipline from an accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Experience: Minimum of2 years of experience in Data Quality Assurance , preferably indata warehousing or reporting environments . At least2 years of QA testing experience , ideally indata integrity assessment . Preferably2+ years of experience in the travel industry . Experience working infast-paced environmentswith shifting priorities. Technical Skills: SQLandPL/SQL(Oracle platform preferred). Strong understanding ofETL processes(Extract, Transform, Load). Knowledge ofdata warehousing conceptsand architectures. Experience creating and executingtest scriptsfor data validation. Strongdata analysis and troubleshootingskills with large datasets. Solid knowledge ofrelational databases(tables, indexes, triggers, etc.). Familiarity withreporting/BI tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, Cognos). Intermediate English level (B2)– strong written and verbal communication required. Soft Skills: Strongcritical thinking and problem-solvingabilities. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Ability to workcollaboratively in team environments . Capable of managingmultiple projectsand shifting priorities effectively. Benefits: Career development planand continuous training opportunities.
