Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and support our Finance department in various financial activities. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management including investments, documentation control for monthly closings, financial reconciliations, and providing support to logistics, sales, and business intelligence departments. Additionally, the Senior Finance Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Senior Finance Analyst will contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing processes, and providing valuable support to various business functions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on analytical/reporting experience in retail, grocery, or loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation procedures, and accounting closing routines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Fluent or advanced English proficiency for communication with the Head Quarter in Europe.
  • Experience in financial modules of ERP systems, particularly the Omie system.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and analytics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau and is a plus.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for driving better business decisions using data and insights.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be hands-on beyond the job description.
