Being Growth Oriented in a remote position means being dedicated, setting goals and accurately completing tasks daily.**The Role Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to dental patients from practices across the US and schedule their next dental hygiene appointment- Demonstrate empathy while answering patient questions and concerns- Offer the importance of scheduling and attending their appointment- Overcome objections the patients may have with scheduling- Represent dental offices in a friendly and professional manner- Learn and navigate multiple software systems- Manage difficult situations and establish solutions- Offer a positive mindset with team members, patients, and customers- Be dependable, on time, and dedicated to patients’ and other team members’ needs**Qualifications**:- Sales experience required- Outbound call center experience is a plus- Dental office experience is a plus- Energy and empathy- Accuracy and organization- Typing skills of 55+ WPM- Ability to work well with others- High level of integrity- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to secure confidential information and comply with HIPAA**Benefits**- 100% Remote- Training & Development- Work From Home
