Location : Remote (Targeting candidates from Latin America with English and Spanish proficiency preferred)

We are a pre-construction consulting company specializing in managing permits, designs, surveys, and plan reviews nationwide. Our mission is to streamline pre-construction processes and deliver exceptional results for our clients, including major corporations.
We are searching for a dynamic and organized Assistant Project Manager to help us manage project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcomes. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals looking to build a solid foundation for a future in project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, effectively managing deadlines.
- Perform administrative duties, including setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and generating estimates.
- Track and report project progress using tools such as Basecamp and email updates.
- Communicate updates and project statuses to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
- Liaise between building departments, reviewers, and clients to address project needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in daily 10-minute team meetings to align on priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in construction or pre-construction management.
- English proficiency is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including tailoring communication to diverse client needs.
- Permit Technician Certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $20,000 to $30,000 per year (1500-2500 / mo) (based on experience).
