Job Title: PLM Windchill Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional to support and optimize our enterprise PLM initiatives.

The role requires a blend of technical configuration, business process leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing Windchill and 3DX to meet company-specific requirements.

  • Configure and customize Windchill and/or 3DX to meet specific business needs.
  • Build, update, and manage product data structures to support design and engineering teams.
  • Set up and improve change management processes (change requests, notices, approvals).
  • Configure and automate approval workflows for efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PTC Windchill and Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience, as well as experience with full software development lifecycle and formal project management methodologies.

Additional responsibilities include providing high-level solution guidance, collaborating with the PLM Support team, and performing cost-benefit analysis to track progress toward business objectives.

Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, which also requires a willingness to learn, recommend, and apply new technologies.
