Reporting to the Team Leader, the Procurement Expert we seek shall ensure effective and efficient operation under his/her responsibilities. He/She shall ensure that all parts are processed on time, correct source planning, parts development, competitive price approval and continuous supplies to specified end-users.
- Control, process and manage supplier Purchase Order
- Control and monitor temporary price encoded to CIGMA system
- Manage and control encoding of final price to CIGMA system
- Monitor & compile MSDS report for chemical purchase from supplier
- Communicate with DNJP, other OGC, and foreign supplier on parts concern
- Process receiving report and checks invoice price in CIGMA against Invoice
- Process invoice and delivery receipts to Finance Department for
