Role Description We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead our local activities in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team . Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers (ISPs) . Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality. Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs . Requirements Legal residence in Brazil ( Brazilian passport or valid residence permit ). Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory) Proven experience in project management and team leadership . Schedule Full-time — flexibility required (24/7 operations environment
