Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams. Test new features and implement changes securely. Requirements: Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations. Proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph. Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation. Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement. Fluent English language skills.
