AI Software Engineer Role We are seeking an experienced AI software engineer to join our team in developing innovative language technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, and C#, as well as expertise in deep learning frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML-based systems for language processing and speech recognition technologies. Train and fine-tune transformer-based models for tasks such as audio transcription, classification, summarization, and conversational AI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production workflows with a focus on reliability, observability, and user experience. Apply software engineering best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability using secure coding principles, automated unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and AI. Required Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate will have: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience using Python, TypeScript, and C#/.NET. A solid background in machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised algorithms. Practical experience with transformers, generative models, and large language models (LLMs) in NLP or audio processing. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including S3, ECS, SageMaker, CloudWatch, and Load Balancer Controller. Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS databases. Proficient in Git, Jira, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
