Strategic Sales Director Opportunity We are seeking a visionary professional to drive our commercial performance and lead the brand's commercial transformation in the region. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges, inspires high-performing teams, and builds long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, corporate clients, and investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing P&L structures, and leading high-performing sales teams. They will also have a strong background in business development, multichannel sales strategy, and hotel revenue management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field required. A postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential. Additional languages are beneficial. Experience: Proven track record of driving commercial results in Sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
