We supply top-tier products from renowned multinational principals to the Lubricants, Rubber, Coating, Foam, and Adhesives industries.


About the Role: Due to our expanding client portfolio and rapid sales growth, we are now hiring an experienced Sales Manager to focus on selling raw materials to epoxy paint and coating blending companies. The successful candidate will work remotely from Brazil and report to the head office based in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing our products within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Implementing budgets and plans for the designated sales area.
  • Targeted acquisition of new customers in industrial target segments.
  • Expanding and supporting existing clients as well as prospective customers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for effective customer acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Managing customers and leads via CRM.
  • Handling tenders, including post-processing.
  • Providing expert consultation on relevant products and their applications.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of products in coordination with the logistics team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the epoxy coatings products industry.
  • Excellent technical skills and consultative selling methods.
  • Comfortable with high-level negotiations in a competitive environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Fluent in both English and a South African language (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of Chemical Engineer or equivalent experience in Sales
  • Minimum 5 years' of sales experience with a background in selling resin, epoxy resin, hardeners, curing agents, paint and coating raw materials, paint and coating ingredients, monomers and Chemical Specialty/Adhesive/Lubricant Additives.
  • Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Smart and Interpersonal Skill.
