Operations Analyst Consultant – Inter‑American Development Bank About This Position We are looking for a self‑motivated, dynamic, and results‑oriented individual for a full‑time Operations Consultant role. The consultant will work within multidisciplinary project teams to ensure effective planning and execution of development projects aligned to the IDB mandate in the Country Office Haiti. You will work in the Front Office of the Country Department Central America, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, and the Dominican Republic and report to the Haiti Chief of Operations. What You'll Do Support portfolio monitoring tools: assist the Chief of Operations with portfolio dashboards (Power BI) and data‑driven analysis for portfolio management strategy and reporting requirements (Government, CHA, CID, and VPC). Support risk management initiatives: update the annual country risk matrix and assist teams in risk analyses. Support client portal adoption: provide technical assistance and training sessions to sectors and executing units; support institutional capacity, project budgeting, results frameworks, and fiduciary plan development. Provide technical support on Bank operational policies and processes throughout project execution; prepare operating and execution plans, procurement plans, disbursement requests, and other documentation. Support preparation of project supervision plans, monitoring and results reports, and follow‑up on recommendations. What You'll Need Education : Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience : At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in administration of projects financed by multilateral development institutions. Knowledge : IDB procurement policies, norms or practices; experience writing reports. Languages : Proficiency in French and Spanish or English, spoken and written. Requirements Citizenship of a 48‑member IDB country; relocation and visa assistance may be offered. No family members (up to 4th degree consanguinity/2nd degree affinity) employed by IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab. Type of Contract and Duration International consultant, full‑time.
