**Responsibilities**:
- Executes audit activities globally under direction of lead auditors
- Exercises initiative and judgment in executing audit procedures
- Contributes to engagement risk assessments with supervision and guidance
- Demonstrates basic project management and time management skills for tasks
- Identify and recommend audit approaches and tools to use during the course of an audit
- Provides clear, sufficient, and well-written evidence to support work, issues and recommendations
- Cultivates positive relationships with auditees and builds effective working relationships
- Exercises judgment in techniques and evaluation criteria
- Recognize issues, problems or opportunities and determine whether action is needed
- Enhances audit methodologies, leverages remote auditing and recommends improvements
- Identifies opportunities to implement continuous monitoring and analytic auditing procedures
- Proactively seeks and embraces formal and informal peer coaching and feedback
**Job Requirements**:
- Advanced/fluent English is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Information Technology or Computer Science (Accounting or other related fields considered)
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years SOX experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and Audit Management Software (AuditBoard)
- It is a plus, experience in Audit or Information Security and/or other relevant fields
- Public accounting and/or private industry audit experience or other relevant experience preferred
- Self-motivated and incorporates guidance and feedback into their execution and personal growth
- Basic knowledge and understanding of data analytics and related tools (e.g., ACL, Access)
**Soft Skills Requirements**:
- Experience demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage tasks
- Handles difficult situations with diplomacy and uses indirect influence for consensus and support
- Communicates professionally with the ability to effectively present to management and peers
**It is a plus to have**:
- Language skills - Spanish, Portuguese
- Professional certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CDPSE) or working towards certification
- Data Analytic and scripting capabilities (e.g. Excel, ACL, PowerBI, Python, PowerShell)
