Resumo da oportunidade: Procuramos um(a) Fullstack (React+Node) localizado(a) em São Paulo/SP para se juntar ao nosso time em um projeto internacional do setor de agronegócios. Você trabalhará em colaboração com equipes multifuncionais para criar aplicações de alta qualidade, utilizando tecnologias e práticas recomendadas.

Responsabilidades
  • Atuar com foco em produto, participando ativamente da discussão de soluções, não apenas da execução técnica.
  • Desenvolver e manter aplicações com frontend em React (TypeScript) e backend em Node.js (TypeScript) e/ou Java.
  • Trabalhar com arquiteturas modernas de Backend for Frontend (BFF).
  • Integrar e construir soluções utilizando serviços da AWS Cloud.
  • Garantir a qualidade do código, com responsabilidade compartilhada no time (não há QA dedicado).
  • Colaborar com outras áreas e squads multifuncionais em um ambiente 100% com comunicação em inglês.
  • Atuar com autonomia técnica e tomada de decisão, especialmente em temas de arquitetura de software.
  • Experiência sólida com React + TypeScript no desenvolvimento de interfaces.
  • Experiência com Node.js e/ou Java no backend.
  • Vivência com arquitetura BFF (Backend For Frontend).
  • Experiência com serviços de nuvem AWS (ex: Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Mentalidade voltada para qualidade de software (testabilidade, manutenibilidade, boas práticas).
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e colaborativa, especialmente em times auto-organizados.
  • Inglês avançado – conforto para participar de reuniões, escrever e revisar documentação técnica.
