Brazil, Recife - BrazilHybridFull-timeJuniorAs a **Junior HR Analyst**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human resource initiatives.**Responsibilities**:- ** Employee Onboarding**:- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires- Prepare orientation materials and assist in training sessions- Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources- ** HR Administration**:- Maintain employee records and HR databases- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration- Support the management of HR policies and procedures- ** Performance Management**:- Assist in tracking employee performance data and feedback- ** Employee Relations**:- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**:- Collect and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making- Prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Medium/ Strong English communication skills are essential for this role- Previous experience in HR or Administrative roles (internships included)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality**Conditions & Benefits**:- Competitive compensation package including comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage- Meal allowance- Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility within the organization, allowing for increased levels of responsibility and growth within the company- Partially or fully paid additional training courses, including English classes, and regular external and internal training
