Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will elevate Pipefy’s visual identity by crafting strategic, creative solutions that enhance user experience and brand consistency. As a design generalist, you’ll lead projects ranging from print collateral to digital interfaces, manage vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into cohesive, impactful visual experiences.
  • Conduct visual audits to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Craft clear visual narratives and present them compellingly.
  • Creative Project Development:
  • Create style guides, visual identity systems (logos, color palettes, typography), and photography guidelines.
  • Design marketing collateral (social media banners, infographics, PowerPoint decks, paid ad assets).
  • Develop UI and web page designs aligned with brand identity.
  • Partner with Marketing Specialists to align creative and strategic goals.
  • Provide design expertise to other teams, ensuring brand principles are integrated across materials.

Requirements

  • AI design knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in branding, graphic design, visual communication, and brand strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Ability to integrate design, strategy, and storytelling across projects.
