Business Development Manager (Representative) Inogen – Belém, PA, Estado do Pará, BR Descrição da vaga Development awareness and revenues of POC and PhyisioAssist devices and contribute to the business goals, including extending and enlarging the market share and footprint of Inogen/PhysioAssist product lines in the Brazilian market, creating new business opportunities (appointing new distributors and driving existing ones), and achieving the revenue in the given territory. This also includes the clinical and sales support of POC, PhysioAssist and any other product launched by the company. The Business Development Manager focus will be to drive the awareness to the prescription channel and acknowledge of the products to our business associates network with the objective to increase the actual revenues and volumes. Responsibilities Researching competitors and industry trends, such as sustainable practices. Building long-lasting relationships with partners, collaborators and other businesses Giving presentations on project or collaboration ideas to potential clients or partner businesses. Generating new business leads through networking, outreach and referrals, Negotiating contract terms for new business deals. Developing strategic plans to enter new markets or boost sales. Collecting and analyzing data about the business development activities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to support business growth. Business Development Manager Execution Determine market potential for Inogen and PhysioAssist product lines in the different regions of Brazil. Prioritize market entry based on market potential, competitive presence, reimbursement, price sensitivity, regulatory framework, available sales channels. Propose, based on our necessities, market analysis and financial commitment; distributors (from contract to training then regular follow-up). Identify key players in the regions, and through regular visits establish a solid relationship with key decision makers, targeted customers, distributors and KOLs. Perform training to distribution channel (sales and clinical team), end users (Hospitals, Healthcare professionals/KOLs). Responsible for achieving assigned revenue and volume objectives, meeting or exceed quarterly, and annual targets. Determine demand per distributor and create regular forecasts that will help determine risks and opportunities. Create, together with international leadership a sales and marketing strategy for the region. With the help of marketing, develop and deploy marketing programs with distribution channel and key users to enhance specific Inogen/PhyioAssist demand. Establish distribution contracts with assigned strategic partners. Help structure corporate contracts and track to complete. With the help of the regulatory department, track regulatory filings per and develop a product launch plan and distributor selection prior to obtaining regulatory clearance. Ability to create, develop and lead a team as the business growth. Sales forecasting with sensitivity and historical analysis backed up with tangible recommendation and execution plan. Results oriented leader. Self-starter, able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Enjoy working in an international team and environment. Business Development Manager Skills Entrepreneurial, independent, responsible, hands-on and goal oriented. Thorough knowledge of sales and clinical processes. Experience within medical devices/equipment businesses is required. Effective communication with senior management. Working knowledge of reimbursement and market access. Major account development and management experience with documented success. Must have strong work ethic. Negotiation skills. Solutions-oriented problem solver. Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills. Qualifications (Experience and Education) 10 years’ experience in the Home Care market and in particular Home Oxygen Market, preferred. Respiratory Therapist or Cardiopulmonary Therapist or Kinesiologist, preferred. 2 years of prior Business Development or Sales Supervisory or Management experience required. Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required. Fluency in English and Portuguese, required. Willingness to travel throughout Brazil, up to 60%, required. Intermediate knowledge/proficiency with CRM. A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
