Who Are We Looking For: You are an experienced IT Project Manager with a track record of successful IT project delivery. You are a capable manager who can coordinate and lead any kind of IT infrastructure project by ensuring that all required activities are completed within the agreed scope and on time. The successful candidate will own the delivery of certain scope items of projects from initiation to closure by maintaining a strong relationship with Mobiz team members and external clients. You are key in contributing to the growth of Mobiz. Therefore, you have a strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills. Must be flexible to work in EST and PST time zones as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead project assignments with little oversight Plan and execute IT projects for multiple clients including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagements. Coordinate and manage the entire project, including scope, following up on project activities, schedule, resources, and quality by working in a matrix-based organization with the engineering and product delivery teams Manage the relationship with clients, and manage communications between the clients and the internal teams. Manage project KPIs including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality Conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and ensure identified improvements are incorporated in our tools and processes Maintain and report on RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) for projects Provide regular status updates (project dashboard and status reports) and lead project reviews Collaborate with fellow project managers on project staffing and task allocation, standardization, and process improvements Provide feedback to technical team leads on the performance of the project team Qualifications And Experience You Will Need Degree in Computer Science or a related field Project Management training and active certification required (e.g. PMI certified, as a PMP) Minimum of 5-7 years of IT project management experience including managing digital transformation teams in an agile and waterfall environment Demonstrated Project Management experience in IT systems development and management Demonstrated experience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in the following technology areas – cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, network security, Citrix, ServiceNow Demonstrated knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Minimum of 5 years of experience working for an IT consulting firm managing external client projects Working knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow is preferred Your Skills Strong customer service orientation and skilled at setting and managing customer expectations Demonstrated ability to present and interact effectively with clients and stakeholders Ability to think and work systematically and logically to realize results Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work, deliver, and steer under pressure Demonstrated ability to utilize project management tools to plan and manage projects Comfortable working remotely and independently on both local and global projects Motivated in personal growth and development Ability to problem solve, think critically, and have strong analytical, organizational, project management, and decision-making skill set Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients People management and leadership skills What We Offer A team of bright, hard-working, and innovative people that will contribute to your growth Competitive compensation package Other This is a remote work opportunity in Brazil.
