Job Title: Training Operations Specialist Job Summary Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to support our training operations. Analysis of training needs and determination of session requirements. Initiation and management of requests for session creation, modification, and cancellation. Organization and execution of training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to international work environments. Proficiency in English, MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and CRM tools such as Salesforce is required. Knowledge of LMS systems like Cornerstone On Demand is highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Analyze training needs and determine session requirements based on organizational goals and objectives. Manage and execute requests for new, modified or cancelled sessions within agreed upon timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience working with LMS systems are essential.
