Employer Industry: Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Services Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive wages with annual merit‑based increases 401(k) plan with company match and referral bonuses Flexible remote work opportunity with no weekends or holidays Comprehensive benefits including affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental leave options and company‑paid disability and life insurance Supportive company culture focused on employee well‑being and development What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Monitor compliance hotline and track response/completion of hotline matters Design and implement processes to ensure employee completion of mandatory compliance trainings Review HIPAA medical record requests and prepare breach notification letters to patients Perform remote audits of company documentation in accordance with established standards Assist the Compliance Officer in delivering reports and feedback to management teams for corrective action plans What is Required (Qualifications): High School Diploma or equivalent Five or more years of experience working for a healthcare company or practice Experience with audit practices and techniques Familiarity with healthcare laws, including HIPAA privacy laws and anti‑kickback laws Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Knowledge of health care compliance policies and best practices Experience in a compliance role within a healthcare setting We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
