Job Description

Are you a recent graduate or early in career with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Genesys is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Response Representative (DRR). In this role, you will help identify and qualify new sales opportunities, focusing on warm leads and collaborating with our Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to inbound (warm) leads: Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels. Follow-up within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective qualification process.
  • Prospect & identify opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
  • Nurture relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
  • Conduct high-level product demonstrations: Showcase Genesys products and capabilities.
  • Achieve targets: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through military service (US only).
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Brazil: Portuguese and English fluency
    • LATAM ES: Spanish and English fluency
  • Tech savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Team player: Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within sales and marketing.
  • Growth mindset: A desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Innate curiosity: A natural drive to ask questions and explore new ideas.

Direct Response Representatives will receive in-depth role training and will also be supported through year one by the Genesys Early in Career program.
