- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Marine Commercial Intern** to join its office in **Rio de Janeiro**within the Division.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in all stages of the sales process, from initial prospecting to deal closure. This includes researching potential clients, preparing presentation materials, and following up on sales opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends. Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance commercial strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated database of clients and contacts, recording relevant information and ensuring its accuracy. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to efficiently manage interactions with clients.
- Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to the sales area, such as proposal development, sales reports, budget preparation, Business Intelligence (BI), and meeting coordination.
- Update internal database with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
**Qualifications**
- Genuine interest in the commercial area and business development;
- Proactive behavior;
- Ability to work both as a team member and independently, with attention to detail and a focus on results;
**Requisits**
- Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week;
- Students of administration, economics, engineering relations and or similar areas;
- Ideally intermediate and advanced English;
- Spanish is a plus for communication with LATAM countries;
- Graduation by 12/2026;
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft office knowledge;
