We are seeking a senior professional in the commercial segment with experience in sales and product promotion. This position is strategic for CST (Cranial, Spine, and Trauma), focusing on developing the capital equipment sales market, particularly the Mazor robotic solution. It is necessary to have at least 75% of the time available for travels and this position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.*** Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors* Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product solutions to maximize the value of Medtronic’s products and services* Conduct market research, including analysis of customers and competitors* Develop and implement market strategies and adapt plans as needed* Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders, including R&D (Research & Development), Operations, and Marketing**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree* Valid Driver’s license (B)* Proven experience in direct sales within the capital equipment segment* Proficiency in English is required (reading, writing and speaking)* Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce.com, and build sales funnelsProficiency in Spanish and prior experience in Robotic sales are nice to have.**We Offer**Medtronic is recognized by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) and, in 2022, reached tenth place in the ranking of best companies to work for in the industry and services category.
