We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to support enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role involves building robust GenAI and agentic AI workflows, automating processes, and working across platforms like AWS, Microsoft 365, MS Copilot, and other GenAI platforms and libraries. The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, with experience in architecture and hands-on implementation. This is a high-impact role supporting an AI Center of Excellence (CoE).

Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years in Generative AI and RAG architecture
  • Over 3 years of cloud-native experience, preferably on AWS
  • Over 5 years of Python experience
  • Experience building interoperable Agentic AI Proof of Concepts using MCP and/or Google A2A
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop GenAI solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and custom pipelines
  • Develop interoperable AI agents with MCP and Google A2A
  • Automate workflows involving unstructured content like emails, documents, and web pages
  • Automate document creation from diverse data sources
  • Build enterprise-wide reusable services and components
  • Design and build MCP hosts, clients, and servers
  • Establish frameworks for automated LLM testing and create regression test suites
  • Integrate with internal and external web services securely
  • Ensure safety practices against prompt injections, jailbreaks, and security guidelines
  • Experience with agile methodologies and documenting user stories
Required Skills:
  • Strong Python skills
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure, Gemini, Anthropic) using Python
  • Prompt engineering, context construction, grounding strategies
  • Experience with RAG, extracting, chunking, and creating embeddings from unstructured documents
  • Building MCP clients, servers, and hosts
  • Building REST APIs and integrating with other APIs
  • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing and OCR technologies
  • Knowledge of Google A2A
  • Deep AWS experience (Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions, API Gateway, IAM)
  • Monitoring experience with LangSmith, CloudWatch, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and enterprise data privacy, governance, and observability
