We are looking for a COUPA Consultant, who wants to learn and transform their career.

Knowledge and Activities:

• Configuration and documentation: Maintaining configuration and solution design documentation, including changes from new functionality and release upgrades;
• Customization: Customizing forms, webforms, items, and PO liquid templates;
• Punchouts: Creating and managing new punchouts;
• Release reviews: Reviewing new Coupa releases to coordinate environment upgrades;
• Test plans: Creating and maintaining test plans for user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution;
• Business requirements: Participating in gathering business requirements and documenting solutions;
• Data analysis: Supporting the collection and analysis of data to develop insights and propose solutions;
• Gap analysis: Mapping applications to business processes and conducting gap analysis;
• Process improvements: Suggesting process improvements based on industry best practices and application capabilities;
• Implementation: Configuring and implementing Coupa, and providing support to the project team;
• Training and development: Supporting training and development;
• Pre-sales: Supporting pre-sales, demos, and estimates;
• English fluent; Spanish is a differential.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and checking the feasibility of solutions;
• Preparing test cases and validating deliverables;
• Following up with clients and support to resolve issues;
• Documenting issue resolutions and sharing with the internal team;
• Interacting with end-users and business owners;
• Suggesting process improvements.
