As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. You’ll drive our mission to deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills and prior direct patient care experience are needed for occasions when the team requires a helping hand. Responsibilities of related roles within Fresenius Medical Care include supporting and collaborating with RNs and PCTs to provide dialysis treatment, prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic for first shift. These roles emphasize a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience and will have opportunities to learn the discipline of dialysis. Our nurses and clinical staff are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. This work involves delivering dialysis care to multiple patients at a time and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan for each patient. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, though candidates from ICU, PCU and/or surgery backgrounds are also considered. Inpatient RNs perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in hospital settings, including ICU, ER, Rehab and Med/Surg units. This role can offer a higher degree of autonomy, with accountability for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. Ideal candidates possess leadership and independent decision‑making skills to work in a fast-paced environment, and must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners.
