Overview Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional) — tl;dv - AI Meeting Assistant. This role is part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with a clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impact. Remote-first; worldwide applicants welcome. Compensation is based on agreed hours / work scope. We are building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market. This is not a "make it pretty" gig. We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics. Responsibilities Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets. Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces. Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets). Rapidly prototype A/B test variants and ship multiple creative angles per week. Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers). Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iteration. Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve. What Success Looks Like Enhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS, asset turnaround under 48 hours for priority requests, and a cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework. Who You Are 6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house). Exceptional taste, refined typography, layout discipline. Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI. Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with, and a low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply. Tools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed. Bonus Points 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling). Ability to produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs) and understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).
