  • Conhecimento em fundos estruturados

  • Desenvolver e implementar uma estratégia de vendas direcionada a clientes institucionais: gestoras de ativos, bancos de investimento, distribuidores e escritórios multifamiliares.
  • Ter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes institucionais (assets de crédito privado, DCM, MFOs e hedge funds) fornecendo informações e insights sobre nossos produtos e serviços.
  • Ter condição de desempenhar conversas técnicas sobre estruturas e regulação de mercado de capitais.
  • Possuir conhecimento de produto e distribuição de crédito estruturado.
  • Possuir conhecimento de rotinas operacionais de backoffice de crédito estruturado, gestão e administração de carteiras.
  • Preferencialmente, ter conhecimento de tecnologia aplicada à mercado financeiro e de capitais.
  • Liderar os esforços comerciais, desde as primeiras reuniões de apresentação até o fechamento de contratos.
  • Iterar com áreas de estruturação de fundos de investimento e operações para garantir que a necessidade dos clientes estão sendo atendidas dentro ou acima da expectativa.
  • Preparar e defender novos negócios em comitês de aprovação.
  • Ser extremamente responsivo e garantir níveis de atendimento de excelência, sendo co-responsável por métricas de NPS.
  • Representar a empresa em conferências e eventos do setor para aumentar a conscientização da marca e desenvolver novos relacionamentos.
  • Colaborar com gerentes de produtos e equipes de pesquisa para fornecer insights de mercado e feedback sobre nossos produtos e serviços, garantindo que continuemos a atender às necessidades dos clientes institucionais.
  • Analisar as tendências de mercado e o cenário competitivo para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e melhoria.
