Buscamos um(a) Especialista de Controles Internos (Internal Controls Analyst) para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico e global, com foco em compliance, auditoria interna e eficiência operacional . Responsabilidades: Apoiar no design, implementação e manutenção do framework de controles internos; Conduzir avaliações periódicas, identificando riscos e oportunidades de melhoria; Colaborar com equipes de Finanças, Operações e TI para garantir conformidade regulatória; Realizar auditorias internas e testes de controles (SOX, se aplicável); Acompanhar planos de ação e correção de não conformidades; Dar suporte na preparação de evidências para auditorias externas. Requisitos: Formação em Contabilidade, Finanças, Administração ou áreas afins; Experiência em controles internos, auditoria ou compliance corporativo em Big Four; Atuação sólida com SOX e ITIL. Inglês fluente (mandatório). Disponibilidade de atuação 100% presencial em Campinas , SP.
