**_ Main Responsibilities:_**
- Coordenar a gestão da remuneração Fixa (definição da estrutura de cargos e salários, plano de carreira e movimentações);
- Conduzir e participar de pesquisa, bem como os analisar resultados e propor alterações na estrutura;
- Propor e implementar planos para garantir práticas salariais equitativas;
- Apoiar na gestão do programa de Remuneração Variável de Curto Prazo (mecanismos de incentivo de vendas/ bônus/ PPR), por meio de definição de modelos, comunicação e controle;
- Apoiar na gestão do programa de Remuneração Variável de Longo Prazo (ILP baseado em ações);
- Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações estratégicas sobre os programas / projetos sob sua gestão;
- Criar e apresentar os indicadores para os executivos da companhia;
- Coordenar as operações diárias dos programas de remuneração, avaliações de cargos, avaliação de desempenho, administração de salários e programas de incentivo;
- Conduzir cálculos para aumentos de mérito globais anuais e programas de bônus e coordenar com gerentes de RH/parceiros de negócios para fornecer orientação aos gerentes;
- Atuar na implantação e condução dos processos de Remuneração com foco na estratégia de pessoas, visando envolver o recrutamento e seleção, treinamento, desenvolvimento, clima e comunicação interna.
**_Requirements:_**
- Advanced or Fluent english Level;
- Proven experience in projects of Compensation and Benefits (+5 years);
- Excellent communication and a strong collaborative approach;
- Experience in the IT sector.
