About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Ad Creative Producer to join our dynamic marketing team at Ruby Labs. This full-time role is central to driving our advertising creative process across multiple consumer-focused brands. You will be responsible for developing new ad concepts, managing production timelines, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that our creatives captivate and convert. You will work directly under the Ad Creative Lead and coordinate with User Acquisition Managers to refine and optimize advertising strategies based on performance data.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Development: lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences and enhance customer acquisition; stay ahead of industry trends and collaborate with design teams to transform ideas into compelling creatives that align with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Project Management: oversee production processes to deliver projects on time and with the intended creative vision; coordinate with designers, user acquisition managers, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.
  • Performance Analysis: work with User Acquisition Managers to analyze ad creative performance, generate and test hypotheses in A/B testing, and provide regular reports on impact and effectiveness.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: conduct research to understand market benchmarks and creative standards; identify trends and propose innovative solutions for better market positioning and customer engagement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: liaise between creative teams and user acquisition managers to optimize creatives based on real-time data and facilitate brainstorming to boost acquisition and retention.
Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in creative production or similar roles, preferably in tech-focused or consumer product companies; proven track record of managing creative projects from inception to completion; strong portfolio of high-performing digital ads.

Technical Skills: expertise in digital advertising platforms; proficiency with project management and collaboration tools; ability to analyze data to draw actionable insights; up-to-date knowledge of AI tools used in creative production to generate innovative ad creatives.

Personal Qualities: strong creative vision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.

Adaptability: ability to adapt to new technologies and marketing changes; willingness to experiment with new ideas.

Location

Ruby Labs operates in the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome as long as they are located within approximately ±4 hours of CET to ensure collaboration during working hours.
