Our approach is a game-changer in productivity and quality, with a strong collaboration between IA generative and our best Talents:- 95% of the product — code, documentation, infrastructure, even design — is generated with GitHub Copilot- Quality consistently exceeds the output of our best traditional engineering teams- A product repository provides AI full context, enhancing quality generation- Libraries of prompts, standards and rules ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade outputsWith **Gen-e2**, we deliver end-to-end digital products **2-3× faster**, with superior quality and innovation.**Your Role**:As a **Data Analyst / Data Steward**, you will play a dual role: ensuring the availability of high-quality, trustworthy data for business decision-making, while also enforcing data governance and stewardship best practices across departments.You'll work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders to run data validation tests, ensure alignment between technical and business teams, and deliver impactful analytics solutions.**Key Responsibilities**:- Partner with business units to gather data requirements, translate them into models, and deliver actionable dashboards and reports.- Run data validation and user acceptance tests directly with **business stakeholders**to ensure accuracy and usability.- Perform **data quality assessments**, anomaly detection, cleansing, and enrichment processes.- Maintain **data dictionaries, metadata repositories**, and **business glossaries**.- Define and enforce **data standards**, lineage, ownership, and integrity constraints.- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stewards to build and **monitor data governance frameworks**.- Ensure compliance with **data privacy regulations** (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and internal data policies.- Identify opportunities for **automation in data quality control and governance**.- Present insights in a clear, concise and impactful manner — both to technical and non-technical audiences.- Support impact analysis, data lineage tracing, and root cause investigations when needed.**Who You Are**:- 3+ years of experience in **Data Analysis**, **BI**, or **Data Stewardship** roles.- Strong SQL and Python skills (Pandas, NumPy).- Proficient in BI tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, Looker** or similar.- Experience with **data governance tools** like Collibra, Alation, Talend DQ, or Informatica is a strong plus.- Solid understanding of **ETL/ELT**, data modeling, and analytics pipelines.- Knowledge of **data privacy, lifecycle management, and data security principles**.- Comfortable working with **large datasets** and translating raw data into clear business insights.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.**More About PALO IT**:We're eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet's urgent needs.
