This professional will handle financial, tax, accounting, HR, audit, and administrative routines, with daily communication with our international team primarily in English. The contract type will be a temporary Pessoa Juridica (PJ) Independent Contractor with an anticipated start date of November and anticipated duration of approx. 10 months. Hours per week will be variable with the most hours required February - July .Specific Responsibilities IncludeCommunicate regularly with the international team, clients, and suppliers (in Portuguese and English)Manage financial operations : Accounts payable and receivableCash flow and bank controlInvoicing and payroll reviewHandle tax and accounting routines : Service tax compliance (ISS, IRRF, PIS / COFINS, etc.)Journal entries and reconciliationBalance sheet review and support to the external accounting firmCoordinate and Lead Year-End Close and Audit for Brazilian EntitySupport administrative processes : Maintain company documentationAssist in HR routines (admission / dismissal paperwork, vacation tracking)Professional Qualifications RequiredAdvanced English (written and spoken)Proven experience in finance / accounting roles (minimum 5 years)Solid understanding of tax compliance for service companiesExperience with annual audits, both internal and externalAbility to work independently and remotelyFamiliarity with HR processes and administrative routinesExcellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyValid Brazilian Social Security Number (CPF)Nice to Have : Experience in multinational or remote-first environmentsWork LocationThis position is fully remote.
