We are currently seeking a Field Tech Associate to join our team in São Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).
- **Field Tech (Geral)**
- Atua em todos os chamados onde o primeiro nível (Suporte Remoto) não conseguiu solucionar remotamente.
- Solucionam problemas operacionais de aplicações instaladas em desktops, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos associados.
- Instala, mantém e otimiza o desktop e notebook instalados nos sites do cliente (Rollout)
- Executa diagnósticos e resolve os problemas de desempenho dos equipamentos.
- Executa serviços de manutenção e reparo (quando necessário)
- Garante a satisfação do cliente, aconselhando os clientes sobre manutenção preventiva e configurações que podem afetar o desempenho dos equipamentos.
- Instrui os clientes na operação e manutenção do sistema.
- Efetua atendimento a usuários VIP
